It would be nice if everybody in the world could be eating salutary meals.  But we know that even when the right foods are ready to us, it's not quite as easy as that.

Every once in a while, the government changes it's idea of what the basic food groups are. While no food group is discontinued, the importance of confident foods goes down. Theoretically there are no bad foods, but there Are best choices we can make that we should comprise when eating salutary meals.

According to the food pyramid, ideally, we should be eating 3  servings of vegetables, 2-4 servings of fruit, 4-8 servings of grains or starchy vegetables, etc.

Of course, it's not the same for everyone. A baby will have dissimilar requirements, as would teens and the elderly. The food pyramid is just a guideline for the average adult.

If you want to avow the best condition you can, you should likely eat a diminutive from each food group daily. For example....eating salutary meals might consist of a lean meat sandwich for lunch, containing one meat quantum and two grain portions (eating whole grain bread is best). If you add some tomato, lettuce, cucumber slices, etc...you could add a vegetable quantum or two to that.

For a snack during the day, you could have a yogurt and some carrot sticks, giving you a 1 dairy, fruit and vegetable serving. Or maybe you would rather have a whole piece of fruit? You get the idea. There are many combination's you can come up with, when eating salutary meals, to get all the good sources of food you need.

A good balanced  meal would consist of some lean protein,  some vegetable or fruit portions and maybe a starch. It's all the time good to put in order your foods in the leanest manner you can and to also watch your quantum sizes. You can make eating salutary meals tastier by adding fats to your meal. Olive oil is a good choice.

You can even have deserts, just watch your portions or use healthier options, like fruit salad, or try a parfait alternating jello, fruit and yogurt.

Making salutary choices isn't all the time easy. But if you are used to eating foods that are not so good for you, a few salutary choices are best than none. With some practice, you will soon find it easier to merge healthier foods into your day, and you will be enjoying many salutary meals in no time.
